Created to raise funds for our work, every bottle of this unique spirit sold will support our tree planting projects and help to protect and enhance the river, its wildlife and the salmon that rely on it.
The River Tweed is one of the most famous salmon rivers in the world, but its fish populations are threatened by climate change and habitat loss. Our work aims to improve the river environment and provide salmon with the cool, clean water they need to survive. Native tree planting in the right place at the right scale is one way to help but while we have planted 1.6 million trees to date, many more are needed.
Crafted with care at Selkirk Distillery in the heart of the Scottish Borders, River Tweed Gin is infused with botanicals found in and around the river including water mint and sweet cicely. It has a beautifully fresh and vital aroma followed by delicate grassy, herbal notes.
